GARDAI in Tipperary issued a call for witnesses after a truck hit a pedestrian, leaving him in critical condition.
Gardaí is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed a serious road accident on the N24 Knockanore, Clonmel, around 6:30 pm on Tuesday.
"A 30-year-old pedestrian was hit by a truck causing serious injuries. The man was taken to South Tipperary Hospital, where he is in critical condition, "said a spokesman.
