Cyber Monday may have left, but good deals are not. You can always swap your old badog watch for something new and digital, such as the Apple Watch. Fitbit Charge 3 or Garmin Vivosmart 4, at a good price.
Before you start looking for deals, it's important to determine what you need in a portable garment, otherwise you risk spending more for useless features. Designated fitness bands such as Fitbit Loads 3 and Fitbit Alta, or Garmin's Vivofit tend to be cheaper options. You benefit from basic activity tracking, monitoring features, and notifications, but you are limited by a smaller screen.
Smartwatches such as the Apple WatchFitbit Versa or Samsung Gear, for example, retain the same fitness tracking features as previous monitors, but they have more controls on the screen and can even become a secondary phone. The disadvantage is that they tend to be bulkier and more expensive.
