Yesterday, he tweeted, "Do not be too excited for an Avengers 4 trailer this week.
"If that happens, all the better, but from now on (Monday afternoon), it starts to look dubious.
"The fingers crossed that things change and they surprise everyone."
Marvel India teased fans on Twitter today, with a tweet now removed.

The page that tweeted under the pseudonym @Marvel_India posted "Here is the character of Avengers 4 …… named Thor" with a video of Thor.
Avengers 4 marks the end of the first 10 years of the Marvel film universe, ushering in the next decade of films.
The directors of the Russo Brothers do not imagine what will follow.
Instead, the brothers focus on who dies and who goes to those future movies.

Russo told Vanity Fair: "We do not participate in any reflection on what happens after these films.
"So we know who we are allowed to kill, and that's about it.
"I do not even think Marvel has any idea where they would go after [Avengers 3 and 4].
"It's not an end for all these characters; it's an end for some of these characters.
"So, some of these characters will continue. So it's more complicated, that's why it's not a straightforward end. "
Avengers 4 will be released in UK theaters on April 26, 2019.
