With his podcast The stall louder and louder, the details of a new show by Eamon Dunphy were published before his first on their sport 1 tomorrow night at 22:00.
Bringing together five distinct sports personalities, the opening episode will feature RTE's former pundit in conversation with the new boss of the Republic of Ireland, Mick McCarthy.
Unfortunately, since the episodes were recorded in September, we will not talk much about McCarthy's last role.
Elsewhere, in the new show of Eamon Dunphy, the interviewer will sit with the recently retired footballer (and McCarthy's new badistant), Robbie Keane.
Similarly, we can expect the Republic of Ireland record striker to talk little about his last professional move.
Instead, Keane will tackle topics such as Glenn Hoddle's Spurs, Giovanni Trapattoni's Ireland and his disastrous spell with Liverpool.
Kerry footballer Tomas O Sé, jockey Ruby Walsh and former Liverpool captain Graeme Souness will complete the quintet.
For the convenience of all, a full recap of episodes will be available throughout the Christmas season. December 24 to 28 their sport 1, episodes involving O Sé, McCarthy, Walsh, Souness and Keane will be screened.
