Former Chelsea defender Frank Leboeuf thinks that Jose Mourinho has "done his time" in management and that he wants to make a comeback, he has to "change".

Manchester United sacked Mourinho in December after a series of poor results and performances, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer initially taking over, before landing the role permanently.

Mourinho remains unemployed since his loss of employment but recently admitted that he would like to be back with a club from here the start of the pre-season.

He is currently taking advantage of his time away from the media and added that it was unlikely that he would get an international post before the World Cup in Qatar.

However, Leboeuf thinks that Mourinho could find it hard to find a job worthy of his ambition and his stature.

"I think Mourinho has had his day," said Leboeuf ESPN.

"I liked him a lot when he came to Chelsea for the first time after what he had done with Porto

"But I think he lost something, I remember all players would say" we love him ".

"I remember at the Inter [Marco] Materazzi crying and everything.

"I think he lost that, to the point that even the players who played in Manchester started to hate him.

"I think he has to think about his life and if he wants to go back to a big club, maybe PSG, but he has to change things."
