Their desires were so strong that they began to enter the bodies of many of the main characters in Smash Bros., almost like some sort of paranormal possession.
You will fight against these Spirit-impregnated characters in a new mode called World of Light, which will allow you to flip through a linear map to challenge and defeat you, and defeat them will win you a multitude of challenges. Spirits to use with your own characters. Yes, this means that the gameplay has implications here, as Spirits can act as supportive characters to give your fighters new abilities and better stats.
Spirits can give you a boost in combat. You can get new attacks or items that your character would not normally use, resistances to counter specific fighters, and even card-making abilities that will make the battle arena even more dangerous than ever before. She is already there. In fact, thanks to the Spirit concept, many small card modifications can be applied to any of the 100 cards in the game.

After each battle, you will have a chance to capture the Spirit that you have defeated during a short mini-game. It's possible to capture spirits the first time, but if you miss, you can use an object called Spacer Shield Spacer to eliminate part of their shield, which will make it easier to capture the Spirit the next time you encounter.
Once you have met the initial challenge, you can take on new fights and challenges in the Spirit Board, which hosts up to 10 challenges at a time, alternating regularly.
You can also summon new spirits by paying a number of summoning points and using an item called Hearts of Mind that will allow you to get the spirits you really want. Summoning a spirit in this way requires specific hearts. Therefore, if you do not use it in your thoughts on the board of minds, this could be a more reliable way of getting what you want.
How do you use the spirits?
There are two types of spirits: primary and support. Primary spirits are those who give your fighters new abilities and better statistics. Leveling your minds will be one of your most common activities, and this will happen in different ways:
- You gain experience for every match won with this spirit.
- You can send them to train in a dojo.
- You can give them a variety of snacks.
- You can send them to find a treasure, which rewards XP.
To go with that, you can meet a master of the spirits to further personalize the fighting style of your mind.
