Huawei, a major player in the field of smartphones in China and who has been struggling to break into the US market, released the teaser image of a future smartphone model that completely drops the telescope, without no nicks. Instead, Huawei seems to take a Samsung page by implementing a perforated design for the front camera.

The picture appears on Weibo, a popular microblogging site in China. It is essentially a smartphone that blends into the background, which is itself an image of space. The translated text that accompanies the photo reads: "Make an important point and go in December." This is probably not a very accurate translation of what Huawei wrote, but we will take what Google gives us.
Anyway, the most remarkable image about the image is that it displays a full display in the front with what appears to be a camera hole in the upper left corner. According to rumor, it's the same approach that Samsung would adopt with its upcoming Galaxy S10.
Smartphone manufacturers are experimenting with ways to make the most of the real estate available at the front of the screen. Andy Rubin's Essential Phone has introduced the concept of notch, which appears in the form of a tear, and Apple has popularized the concept with its iPhone X series. Since then, several Android device manufacturers jumped aboard the notch.
Others have criticized the notch, especially Samsung in two commercials mocking Apple and its iPhone X, and Google and its Pixel 3 XL. More recently, rumors and leaks have hinted at several under-display technologies, and this could eventually take shape. In the near future, however, it seems that there will be at least a series of phones with a camera break.
