Jo 'Burger closes its doors: Dublin group forced to liquidation

The Jo 's Burger group has confirmed its liquidation and the closure of some of Dublin' s most famous restaurants.

"A combination of factors, including difficult business conditions, forced this decision," the company said in a statement posted on social networks.

"We would like to thank our many customers for their years of support, but most of all, thank and apologize to all our team members and suppliers for their dedication and trust." Owned by businessman Joe Macken, the group operated outlets in downtown, Rathmines and Smithfield. His restaurants Crackbird, Hey Donna, Bar Giuseppe and Jo 'Burger have closed their doors.
