Ireland's tallest residential building, Capital Dock, was flooded overnight.
A video appeared on Twitter showing a large water table on several floors of the building.

Dublin and other parts of the country were hit by the effects of storm Diana during the night, including strong winds and heavy rainfall.
However, spokesman for developers Kennedy Wilson said the problem was due to an internal leak and not the storm.
Kennedy Wilson's 22-story construction at the southern Dublin docks was to be available from January, and the spokeswoman said that will happen. The block includes 190 apartments, consisting of one, two and three bed units.
The spokeswoman said: "The pressurized water has flowed from the open pipe for a short time – about 20 minutes – before the water is shut off." The building includes a gym, an on-site concierge, a cinema, 24-hour security, business suites, a game room and chef's kitchen.
