An animal dubbed the greatest Australian pilot was saved from the slaughterhouse because it is too big to be treated.

Seven-year-old, known as Knickers, he is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 220 dollars.

But if it sounds like a bunch of steaks and burgers, think about it again. When the owner, Geoff Pearson, tried to sell Knickers, the meat processors told him the meat was too big.

Pearson told perthnow.com.au: "It was too heavy. I would not be able to get it through a treatment facility. So, I think it's going to live happy forever.

Not surprisingly, the Knickers story has been a huge success online.

I've seen people tweet about a huge cow and, in my cynicism, I thought that she could not be big enough to deserve so much attention. I was wrong. absolutely mbadive.

Although Knickers is undoubtedly bigger than your average man – a castrated man – the video footage is somewhat misleading. He is a Holstein Frisian surrounded by wagyu, a naturally smaller breed of cattle.

Knickers will live the rest of his life in Myalup, Western Australia.
