Earlier this week, OnePlus announced its collaboration with high-performance automotive manufacturer McLaren for a special OnePlus 6T edition. The company teased the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition with a tweet and the slogan "Salute to Speed". We badumed that this meant that the device would have optimized specifications, and according to a report from my pricethis is exactly what is happening.
The report states that OnePlus will equip the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition with 10GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 256GB storage option is available on other variants of OnePlus 6T, but the 10GB RAM is a first for OnePlus. In addition to optimized RAM, OnePlus and McLaren should create custom colors (possibly orange) and graphics for this limited edition smartphone.
The OnePlus 6T is scheduled to be launched December 12 at an event in Mumbai, India. Details of company prices are not yet known, but we expect the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition to have a high price, well above that of its siblings.
