A 30-year-old man appeared in court for two counts of badault.
Patrick Somers, 26, of Coolabawn, Ferns, County Wexford, appeared before Judge Gerard Haughton in Wexford District Court.
The accused was charged with badaulting his partner, 25-year-old Louise Jordan, in Bunclody, County Wexford, on November 26, 2018.
He was also charged with badaulting a 17-year-old teenager at the same time, but can not be named for legal reasons.
Garda John Cleary testified that he arrested Patrick Somers in Graiguebeg, Bunclody on November 26 at 7:30 pm
After arresting the defendant, he issued a warning and transferred it to Enniscorthy Garda Station.
Proof of the indictment, Garda Olive McNamara presented in court Mr. Somers.
She stated that she had been given two copies of her indictment. He did not answer the charges.

Continue, Sergt. Victor Isdell on Tuesday demanded remand in the Wexford District Court.
Defense lawyer David Tarrant said there was no bail application at the moment. He asked for free legal aid.
Welcoming the requests, Judge Haughton stated that he would place the defendant in custody pending trial before the Wexford District Court next Tuesday, December 4.
