PlayStation Plus subscribers will have free access to a wide variety of games in December, especially on PlayStation 4. The Horror Adventure SOMA and team racing game Rush will be free for PS Plus subscribers next month.

SOMA is from Frictional Games, developer of Amnesia: the dark descent. The creepy PS4 game sends players into the Pathos-2 underwater installation, which houses corrupt humans, manic robots and ubiquitous AI. Codemasters' Rush was developed by former members of Evolution Studios, creators of the Motorstorm series. Rush is a team fighting runner where the goal is not to finish in first place.

On PlayStation 3, PS Plus subscribers will have access to two games: the horizontal scrolling shooter Steredenn: Clbadic and visual novel of time travel SteinsGate. On PlayStation Vita, the colorful platform game iconoclasts and political adventure game Papers please will be free via PlayStation Plus. Iconoclasts is also Cross Buy compatible on PS4.

The December PlayStation Plus games will be available from January 4 to January 1, 2019.

The November PlayStation Plus line, which includes Bulletstorm and Yakuza Kiwami, is currently available.
