Anna is just one of the many residents of both River-area who have applauded a new state law signed by Governor Phil Murphy last week that will ban smoking and vaping on all public beaches and New Jersey parks. It is expected to come into force in January 2019.
Along with other state officials at Long Branch on July 20, Mr. Murphy stated that the law was designed to address public health issues and environmental concerns
