While black Friday sales dominate the retail market last week, it is not surprising to learn that graphics have changed slightly this time around. The low-cost games and those found in the console bundles recorded considerable leaps, with consumers spending a total of £ 53 million on physical gaming products.

FIFA 19 has resumed first place in the UK this week after being scaled down and integrated into an attractive PS4 package deal. With the Nintendo Switch still a relatively new console, rebates were not as common as other machines, pushing multiple PS4 and Xbox One titles in multiple locations to dominate the top 10.

Pokémon: Let's go, Pikachu! fell from four places to the eighth (the Eevee the version dropped a little further to 18th), but Nintendo's Evergreen titles have actually seen a very decent increase in sales, even if that did not result in a high position on the charts. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe increased by 98% of sales; Super Mario Party increased by 110%, seated in 24th; Super Mario Odyssey just below 25th, sales also increased 110%; and The legend of Zelda: the breath of nature increased by 111%, taking 38th place.

Here is an overview of this week's top ten formats (physical sales only):

1. (5) FIFA 19
2. (7) Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
3. (2) Red Dead Redemption 2
4. (New) Battlefield V
