Some Brazilian football fans have not let 9,000 miles prevent them from celebrating their team's win in Dublin last night.

Sao Paulo club Palmeiras won the 10th league title in their history with a 1-0 victory over Vasco da Gama.

Dublin, home to a growing Brazilian community, was painted in green and white after the final whistle given by ecstatic fans at Temple Bar.

Fans wereted no time in starting the celebrations and Dublin's iconic pub scene was the best place to start.

The group of supporters Consulado Palmeiras Dublin subtitled a tweet highlighting the madness by saying "Somewhere in Brazil? No, the other end of the world in Dublin, Ireland! We are Palmeiras!"

Judging by the video above, it would seem that these fans could almost give the Irish a chance to make a living when it comes to being the keenest football fan.
