Williams, also known for playing in movies like Good Will Hunting, Jumanji and Hook, committed suicide in 2014 at the age of 63.

Her co-stars Mrs Doubtfire, Pierce Brosnan, Lisa Jakub, Matthew Lawrence and Mara Wilson sat together to remember their time in the film.

At a meeting on Today's TV show in the United States, Jakub said that, although it has been 25 years since Ms. Doubtfire's shooting ended, "there is a feeling that no time has pbaded" and that "it's a bit of a time lag".

Jakub, now 39, played in the movie Williams' daughter, Lydia, and talked about the impact he had on his life.

Members of Ms. Doubtfire's cast (Yui Mok / PA) remembered Robin Williams.

She said, "One of the most powerful things for me in working with him, is that he was very open and honest with me and that he was talking about his addiction and depression problems.

"It was so powerful for me at age 14. I struggled with anxiety all my life."

Lawrence, 38, described Chris, Williams' son, and revealed that the veteran comedian had given him advice for his burgeoning career.

He said, "Robin was like a source guide. Suddenly, he would suddenly fall on his back and ask himself, "Do not use drugs. They really scrambled my brain, I'm serious. Do not do them. It's stuck with me.

Irish star Brosnan played Williams' rival in love. At the time, he was a largely unknown actor, but after that Mrs. Doubtfire became James Bond.

Brosnan said the film, which explored themes of divorce and family separation, was about "healing … in many ways."

He said, "It kept me a job, I managed to pay the mortgage and take care of my children.

"But it's really rooted in my heart because of the nature of the story, which gives a lot of power to young men and women or divorced families. I think this film is very healing in many ways. "

Williams committed suicide in August 2014 while fighting Lewy body dementia, a neurological condition that affects movement, behavior, and mood.
