Weather Forecast for Ireland: Diana Storm Strikes Ireland While Met Eireann Expands Status Orange and Status Yellow Weather Warnings

The two Status Orange wind warnings put in place for six counties have been extended.

And previously, Met Eireann also extended the Status Yellow warning for the entire country as Storm Diana headed southwest.

The orange warning for Cork, Kerry and Waterford has been postponed from 12:00 to 13:00. And the alert for Galway, Clare and Wexford is now valid until 3 pm instead of 2 pm.

The whole country is on yellow alert

Meanwhile, each county is on yellow alert until 6 pm on Wednesday.
