Proudly sharing her transformation online, the lady seemed very different in snapshots.

In his first image, the surfer wore a gray baggy t-shirt.

In the second, she posed in a pretty black dress and it was clear that she had lost a lot of weight.

Using the username "Yay_Chaos", the witness revealed that the photo had a special meaning.

She wrote: "The first time in my adult life wearing a dress!"

Initially, the woman weighed 253 pounds or 18 stones. However, it weighs only 10.4 stone.

It's an incredible weight loss of 108 pounds or 7.7 pounds.

So how did she manage to lose that incredible amount of weight? The diet revealed that she was simply limiting her calories.

She wrote: "1200 calories a day, working 3-4 days a week.

"I do not work much now, but I eat calorie maintenance every other day."

She revealed that she had started her weight loss journey in January 2018 and that she had therefore lost weight in just under a year and a half.

However, she revealed that there was a disadvantage to her amazing new look.

"Unfortunately, I have loose skin in the bottom of my belly, my arms and my thighs," she said.

She said, "I was just doing keto. I am quite active at work and I constantly move as a bartender, but that's about as much exercise as I do.
