A robotic lander in space has just shot an amazing video of the lunar sunrise as it zoomed toward the moon.
the Israeli Beresheet, which was launched in space in February, broadcast a video on Earth showing the sunrise – as well as a second video showing the legs coming out of the LG in what was probably a test exercise.

Beresheet has a long history behind it. SpaceIL was one of the participants in the Google Lunar X Prize, supposed to land on the first commercially funded spacecraft. The contest is over with person claiming the prize before the deadline. But the development of Beresheet persists, culminating in a safe takeoff aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.
Initially, the mission encountered a problem in space when an engine did not fire as it was supposed to do to send the spacecraft to the moon. But Beresheet recovered from glitch; after rebooting the computer and other troubleshooting procedures, the engine started as scheduled on February 28.
