PS Games More April 2019 Announced

Sony unveiled the April 2019 games for PlayStation Plus members, including The Surge and Conan Exiles.

Announced on the PlayStation blog, The Surge is a science fiction action RPG considered a spiritual successor to Lords of the Fallen. Conan Exiles is a survival action game in the world of Conan the Barbarian. Both games will be downloadable from April 2nd.

In our article on The Surge, we described the game as "good" by saying that it "has a hard time presenting a compelling campaign, but offers a fun new version of a familiar genre".

In our review of Conan Exiles, we called the game "OK," saying that it "captures the brutality of the source material, but the weakness of the fights and the homemade make it a survival game often slow and arduous" .

The PS Plus lineup of March 2019 featured Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and The Witness, both of which are up for grabs until April 1st.

Yesterday, Microsoft unveiled its Games With Gold offerings for April 2019, which include The Technomancer, Outcast: Second Contact, the original Xbox version of Star Wars Battlefront II and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2.
