Adobe, full version of Photoshop on iPad Pro in 2019?

Will iPad Pro finally win the full version of Adobe Photoshop in 2019? According to a Bloomberg report, yes. The announcement is expected to arrive in the second half of the year, probably to October with the product then actually available from 2019.
