The announcement of the collaboration between Dropbox and Google dates back to last March, but the tastiest are about to ripen just in these weeks. At the Google Next conference, the two companies launched a new user integration G Suite which this time sees the protagonist Gmail also giving further clues to the news to come up.
The new add-on allows G Suite users to view, save and share any file on Dropbox directly from the Gmail interface via a new dedicated sign that opens if necessary. The tool is available on any browser, any operating system and for any device, PC and mobile.
This, however, is only the first piece of an even larger puzzle feature, which will be further enriched in the coming months. As announced by both companies, the native integration of Dropbox on Google Hangouts and better support for Google's office suite also arrive.

The arrival point of the work shared between Dropbox and Google is to create a deep integration between different services, so that users can use Big G tools and platform cloud from Dropbox in a simple, fast and interconnected way: it will be possible to perform all operations from a single screen, without having to open tabs or applications on your smartphone.
