More than a year after the release of PlayStation 4, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC have also arrived. This latest version has a fairly substantial advantage over others: it can reach 60 frames per second.
Despite this, many PC players would be comfortable with an even higher framerate. This is the case, for example, for owners of 120 or 144Hz monitors. The game does not offer native options that allow you to go beyond that limit, but fortunately you can use an alternative and effective method.
All you have to do is to force the disabling of the Vertical Synchronization (V-Sync) control panel of the driver of your video card . At the bottom you will find an overview of the NVIDIA GPU panel: Open the Program Settings tab, select the executable Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and set V-Sync to OFF . Keep in mind, however, that this method only works if you play in full screen mode.
The title works perfectly even above 60fps, and no animation bug occurs as it sometimes happens when trying to work around the limit imposed by the developers. While waiting for the release of a dedicated patch, this little trick will work perfectly for anyone who wants to get a very high framerate.
