This engine belongs to the Global Medium Engine family of engines and can count on a double overhead camshaft, a variable timing independent of both camshafts and a cooled exhaust gas recirculation system.
the turbo diesel engine 2.2 MultiJet II can guarantee a maximum power of 200 hp at 3,500 rpm and a pair of 450 Nm at 2,000 rpm. The engine is equipped with the Stop-Start (ESS) system. Thanks to the aftertreatment systems, the engine is already compliant with the new Euro 6 / D iRDE regulations. Outside Europe, the new generation of the Jeep Wrangler can also count on the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine from 19459003.
Wrangler's new equipment will be very rich in technological content. The car will be able to count on the front and rear headlights with LED lights and on the new Uconnect system with a display of 5, 7 or 8.4 inches depending on the variant of Wrangler chosen .
