Juvenile shot on Devonport Dr. Sunday morning

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A teenager has fatal injuries after a shooting in Lexington on Sunday morning.

Lexington Police said they were called to Devonport Drive around 1:30 a.m. to report that a person had been shot.

Police said on arrival at the scene, they found a minor with gunshot wounds.

Police took the youth to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said no one else was injured in the incident and that he was still under investigation.
