DeVos untied yacht, Trump bound: cartoon Darcy

CLEVELAND, Ohio – A yacht belonging to the family of US Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos was seconded and sent to drift on Sunday morning when he was moored in Huron, Ohio. Meanwhile, the Trumptanic was even tighter this week in Port Poutine.

The DeVos yacht crew "Seaquest" woke up to discover it drifting on Lake Erie. According to the Huron Police Service, the vessel suffered an estimated $ 10,000 in damage, according to Huron Police Service estimates.

The police do not know if the vandals, or the vandals, discovered the yacht belonged to the DeVos family. It's one of the 10 ships that they own.

However, before the yacht was untied, The Sandusky Register reported that it was berthing at Huron and belonged to DeVos.

In the past, I have seen other mega yachts like Seaquest in Huron, Vermilion and the Catawba Island Club. This is not really unusual as it is a tourist area with the islands and Cedar Point nearby.

DeVos is a controversial figure and one can reasonably argue that she sent the US Department of Education adrift. This, of course, would not be a justification for sending the yacht adrift, endangering those on board and nearby, as well as the property.

The Huron police warns that there could have been just as much intoxicated revelers coming out of local establishments, instead of someone politically motivated.

Cohen binds Trump to collusion

This week, President Trump appeared to be even closer to Vladimir Putin and collusion in the 2016 presidential election. It was reported that Michael Cohen was ready to testify to Robert Mueller that Trump had prior knowledge of the infamous meeting between Donald Trump Jr., Robert Manafort, Jared Kushner and Russian agents promising to deliver dirt on Hillary Clinton.

and his lawyer Lanny Davis, denied being the source of the story. Speculation immediately moved to Trump camp, especially with Rudy Giuliani. The theory being Trump's camp leaked it to pre-empt the bad news and hurt Cohen's credibility and the chance of getting a Mueller plea deal. I am not convinced of that.

The report does not help Cohen or the prosecutors. But that hurts the President and Don Jr. much more than it hurts Cohen and the Mueller investigation. That's why I do not think the Trump camp has fled.

Trump denied having prior knowledge of the meeting or being informed of its results.

If the claim can be verified, Don Jr. is perjured. More seriously, the claim demonstrates the collusion between Trump, his campaign and Russia.

The source of the story could be someone else than Trump Camp or Cohen.

Speculation concentrating solely on the legal team of Cohen or Trump. the source of the story ignores other viable sources.

You can bet that there were a lot of people in the Trump administration who were not happy with the president's remarks in Helsinki. One of these people may have been motivated to disclose information about Trump's prior knowledge of the 2016 meeting with the Russians at Trump Tower.

Cohen was not the only person in the room when Trump would have been informed that the meeting was going to take place, and the result of the meeting. One of these people could have been the source of Cohen's story this week

Do not forget that close badociates of Trump, like the former director of communications, Hope Hicks, have already been interviewed by Mueller and his team

perhaps already knows Trump had prior knowledge of the meeting and his result, from other interviews that he did.

While the week ended with good economic news for Trump, it was one of his bad weeks. In addition to Cohen's developments, the long-time financial agent of Trump's organizations will now be interviewed by Mueller

The Cohen news appears to be only the tip of the iceberg that the Trumptanic is hitting now. [ad_2]
