He concluded that Ms. Arunga's cultural beliefs had been instrumental and that she had "suffered a great deal" over the last five years.

"You went from a wife and a mother who, at the time, was badfeeding a six-month-old baby and was also trying to establish your young family in a new country, to lose your son, your husband and your daughters, "he said.
