Isaac Ruto, for his part, said: "I have been engaged in discussions with the DDA for much of this year, with a view to solving national and regional problems affecting the population." 
DEVELOPMENT AGENDA
The vice president urged Kenyans to stay out of division politics and focus on the country's service.
"We would like to see all Kenyans take care of themselves economically.The period of politics is well behind us," Ruto said.
He called on youth to enroll in large numbers in technical training, noting that the government would pay their fees.
"The skills they will acquire are what will guide our development agenda," he added.
