A dive boat carrying 90 people aboard today (5 days) near the tourist destination of the island of Phuket, 20 people have disappeared due to overturning in the waves, said the Office of the Phuket disaster.
The ship is reported to be returning to Phuket, and it is not immediately clear whether the pbadengers are tourists.
