The NATO summit was held in Brussels, the capital, for two days, starting on 11 November. Leaders from 29 countries, including US President Donald Trump, French President Emmanuel Marc Long and German Chancellor Angela Merkel attended the meeting.
During the Summit of Member States and partner countries, their spouses drew up a separate program, including a visit to the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel and the Royal Museum of Central Africa.

They also took group photos before the Summit dinner. However, the most visible part of this group picture was a man standing among the First Lady. This man is the husband of the Prime Minister Xavier Vettel Luxembourg.
