The work of Romualdas Požerskis exhibited at the exhibition is part of the series of photographs "Liberation" of a long-time artist (1974-2001), devoted to the cultural, social and economic traditions of the European Union and each country.
"The shooting of Požerskis in present-day Lithuania, celebrated by the liberation, poses not only a nostalgic wave of memories for those who have had the opportunity to make such reprisals in the times of pre-war, but also Respect for the Lithuanian man who has so far preserved faith and a strong attachment to these ancient village traditions.
