For those who are still behind the trend of ketogenic diets, it is essentially a high fat diet and low in carbohydrates. The goal is to get your body to burn fat instead of carbs as fuel, which puts your body in a metabolic state called ketosis. Many celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian and Halle Berry have praised their diet, while others have been skeptical.

It can be argued that the most difficult part of the keto diet is to stick to it. The list of foods to eat includes meat, seafood, eggs, fatty dairy products, vegetables on the surface (no carrots!)
