A board game that shows the inequality of the pay gap between men and women by reversing the trend will cause angry people to change tables. Or maybe that's just the case with any edition of Monopoly. Who is to say? But the fact is that Hasbro makes a Ms. Monopoly where women earn 240 dollars by achieving "Go", while men get only the usual 200 dollars to do the same thing.
So, you know, the game shows the pay gap problem for people who do not have to handle it in real life, and it's hilarious to watch Twitter's angry responses happen as if it was not something that women really treat in their real workplaces regularly. But, I guess when you make that happen to a man, they worry.
The original game of Monopoly, created by a woman and intended to teach children the dangers of capitalism, has tormented us for years, resulting in frustrations and ruined family nights, and we now turn to the anger of men by taking more than money! What I prefer in the reshuffle, is that many say that children will get angry about the game, as if the original Monopoly did not make people crazy. The essential thing was to teach children that to be rich, you basically have to screw up all the others by charging them fees. But leave, I suppose.
The idea seems to be the same with Ms. Monopolythis time, teaching men how unjust the wage gap is by showing them that women who earn more than men who do the same thing are not fair, so why is it fair for men to earn more than women to do the same thing in real life?
Obviously, Twitter disappears because the whole goal of the game goes straight to the point.
Ms. Monopoly ??♂️
Has the monopoly ever had to do with men who make more money than women? Bcuz, I never remember that this is the reason for the game or his point of view.

As a woman, I find #My Monopoly sexist. Equality does not mean that women earn more than men. #EpicFail path to follow @ Hasbro

What am I getting @ Hasbro went with Mrs. Monopoly. It's supposed to be a pedagogical tool on income inequality, as the original intended. The problem is that people did not pick up the subtext of the board game at the time and they will not do it either. pic.twitter.com/0oPxN6uO6O

Sensational.
Hasbro perpetuates the status of victim through a board game.
They inculcate girls that society considers them "less than".
The pay gap comes from personal choices made by women.
…… and they call this game "the emancipation of women" https://t.co/Tzaqaf0n2t

The latter claiming that the pay gap was a personal choice made me want to tear my hair, but that's beside the question. As you can see, the idea of the original Monopoly is also lost on these people. Some tweets about the new game were still great.
I am extremely disappointed that Ms. Monopoly looks like an ordinary woman in blazer and not a golden heiress. How are you going to put Ginnifer Goodwin here next to a guy in a top hat and an eyeglass whereas you should have had Consuelo Vanderbilt instead pic.twitter.com/CZJurtfwiu

People who suppressed their emotions finally free them over Mrs. Monopoly, and it's as strange as you thought. pic.twitter.com/K3NSHPbDrh

The only question I have is: "Does the game always end when someone's rocking?" Https://t.co/dEvkZzaWxV

At the end of the day, it's a board game. Who plays by the normal Monopoly rules anyway? I can not tell you what houses or hotels mean. All I know is that I'm a cheap bitch when I play, but now with Ms. MonopolyI will wipe the picture with the tears of my brothers.
