A university in Australia distanced itself from a very ridiculous poster showing a "Masters of Mansplaining".
An advertisement, appeared on a billboard in the city of Adelaide, shows five women surrounding a man.
The University of Adelaide insisted that this had nothing to do with it.
A photograph of the billboard was posted on Instagram, with a caption saying, "Our innovative educational speaker now offers a Master of Mansplaining …."
The picture was widely shared on social networks.
One commentator commented, "I spent this poster for months and wondered what marketers thought of that."
Another noted, "To be honest, all women are looking to him as they think that he is a b — end. "
But the university said that it had no connection with advertising and that the image was deliberately misleading.
