Pelosi hopes to deliver SALT relief in infrastructure package

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Thursday she hoped Democrats could ease the current cap on state and local tax deductions as part of a larger infrastructure program.

Several House Democrats in New York and New Jersey have said they will not support any further tax changes unless the state and local tax cap is repealed.
