A rapist admits that he is voluntarily spreading HIV because he does not want to "die alone"

David, a resident of a northern suburb of Johannesburg known as Diepsloot, admits to having deliberately spread HIV because he does not want to "die alone". The South African was interviewed by journalist Golden Mtika for a BBC Africa Eye documentary, titled "My Neighbor the Rapist."

According to this film, David admitted to being a rapist and admitted that the number of his victims fluctuates between 21 and 24 women. "I did not use any protection," he said. "I know I'm HIV-positive, so I want to spread this HIV, I feel good, because I can not die alone," he said.

David also admitted to "feeling good" for have infected her ex-girlfriend.And she reported sexually abusing her when she was a girl of 14 or 15.
