Plug Power jumps after deal for SK group to take $ 1.5 billion

grew 19% in pre-market commerce after reaching an agreement for SK Group to make a strategic $ 1.5 billion investment and form a joint venture in South Korea. The investment will represent an approximate 10% stake in Plug Power, a manufacturer of hydrogen fuel cells.
