PORTLAND, Oregon – Police are seeking public assistance to identify a man accused of stealing handbags from people visiting hospitals in Portland and Vancouver.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, the suspect was using stolen credit cards to buy items from stores in Portland, Happy Valley, Tigard and The Dalles.
The suspect is described as being around 20 to 30 years old, tall, thin, with short hair and facial hair.
