Popular tourist spots in Los Angeles visited by a person exposed to measles

LOS ANGELES (KABC) – Los Angeles County has seen at least eight measles cases among its residents and public health officials are again reminding people to get vaccinated.

The eight cases seen in Los Angeles County are in addition to the other two in Orange County. Six more people with measles are thought to have crossed the Los Angeles area in recent weeks.

The infected person associated with the latter case went to popular places such as the Grove, the Los Angeles Farmer's Market, nearby stores and stores, and the Los Angeles International Airport. People who crossed these areas on April 27 are at risk of developing measles in the next 21 days.

Doctors urge everyone to make sure they are vaccinated.
