A possible measles check out for a portion of a Rochester Regional Health Rental in Irondequoit Wednesday morning.
Around 11:30 am, an adult patient entered Riedman Health Center, located at 100 Kings Highway, with symptoms consisting of measles, said Veronica Brown Chiesi, RRH spokeswoman.
"That person was immediately quarantined and tested," Chiesi Brown said. "We still do not know this point if it is measles.
Chiesi Brown said that Chiesi Brown said. By 3 p.m. the facility had reopened the closed portion.
Chiesi Brown said the incident should stress the importance of vaccinations to the Rochester community, and she said she would like to make sure they know they will be vaccinated.
