SpaceX is suing the US government – and he does not want anyone to know why.

This is not the first time that SpaceX has sued the US government for its bidding process.
In 2014, the company took legal action after the Air Force purchased 36 rocket cores from its competitor, United Launch Alliance, of SpaceX. In February 2019, NASA awarded United Launch Alliance the contract for the launch of a 2021 asteroid mission.
SpaceX ended up dropping both complaints. It is therefore difficult to predict whether this case will really go through the judicial process or be classified as its predecessors.
