Spain vs France LIVE: broadcast, score, TV channel, team news while the match is ON in Milan

GOOD NIGHT

Welcome to Milan for our live coverage of the Nations League final between Spain and France.

It doesn’t have World Cup or European Championship status – maybe not even The Tournament – but the second installment of UEFA’s latest international competition served as a real denouement.

Both countries went through sensational semi-finals to reach San Siro and are now just 90 minutes away from adding another trophy to their impressive collection of honors.

Luis Enrique’s young Spanish side ended the world record 37 games unbeaten in Italy on Wednesday. Two goals from Ferran Torres at this very site saw La Roja become the first nation in this century to defeat the Azzurri on their own turf.

They looked set to be joined in the final by the world’s number one team, Belgium, until an incredible second-half retaliation brought France two goals to victory in Turin. The marvelous last-minute winner of Theo Hernandez arrived moments after Romelu Lukaku thought he had sealed him for the Red Devils.

The Premier League is well represented in tonight’s final, not only by a multitude of players within each team, but also by referee Anthony Taylor, who heads an England squad of match and video officials.

The game is scheduled to start at 7:45 p.m., and we will have confirmation from both teams shortly as part of our pre-match coverage.
