Friskvårdsbolaget Actic acquires fitness center Asker, which operates three training centers in Norway.
The purchase brings in total about 5,000 people and has a turnover of nearly SEK 40 million and should "contribute positively to the EBITDA margin of the Group," writes the company.
The acquisition of the three plants will take place on December 1, 2018.
"This acquisition will be considered part of Actic's growth strategy and the strengthening of our platform in Norway.We are seeing a high level of activity in the consolidation of the sector, accelerated by the increasing digitization", said Christer Zaar, CEO of Actic.
