All the less buying single-family homes – biggest drop in Kronoberg

The small housing market increased in the first quarter of 2018. However, between April and June 2018, the number of homes sold decreased in all counties compared to the same period last year.

. The national decline in the second quarter of 2017 and 2018 is 9%. The lowest percentage difference was observed in Norrbotten and Jämtland, where the decrease is about 1%. The largest percentage difference was observed in Kronoberg County.

According to the tax administration, a single-family house is defined as a residence for one or two families, where the living space is set up for accommodation.
