"We can see a clear trend in Stockholm, especially with regard to condominiums. We see more people on impressions, more auctions and pre-purchase and shorter sales times. Often, trends begin in downtown Stockholm, then spread to other parts of the country. It is not impossible for us to see the same trend in the future, "says Johan Engström.
In all other regions, buyers have an increased advantage from August.
The Broker Panel is a website regularly sent to the 1,100 brokers of the real estate agency across the country. This survey took place from October 15 to 22 and brought together 575 people.
