Capio buys the Swedish health care team Legevisitten | Realtid.se

The acquisition of Legevisitten by Capio increases the company's ability to geriatric and contiguous services for elderly patients in the Stockholm area and strengthens Capio's position for the introduction of free choice in geriatrics in Stockholm in 2019.

In 2017, the Group realized 613 million kroner. The enterprise value amounts to SEK 365 million and the acquisition is expected to be finalized and included in the Capio group as of September 1, 2018.
