Hemfosa acquired a real estate portfolio with offices, warehouses and logistic assets in growth municipalities and transport hubs in Sweden for a total value of SEK 3.6 billion.

The acquisition concerns a portfolio of commercial properties belonging to the Nyfosa subsidiary. The real estate portfolio comprises 51 buildings with a total area of ​​approximately 460,000 square meters and gross rent of 318 million Swedish kroner.

The buildings are located in 17 cities in central and southern Sweden, including Stockholm, Malmö, Västerås, Borås and Lund. Tenants include Speed ​​Logistics, DHL Nordic, Haldex Brake Products and Postnord Sweden.

Vendors are Svea Real / Starwood as Scius Partner represented as its local partner.
