However, when prices dropped slightly when construction began to move, buyers became a little more on hold.

The only exception is clearly Stockholm, where we see an increase in demand and a reduction in benefits for buyers, "said Johan Engström, CEO of the Real Estate Agency.
Stockholm is going therefore against the current. It is always the buyers who have the advantage, but their title is down. Johan Engström thinks it could be infected by the rest of the country in the future.
– We can Clearly see a break in the trend in Stockholm, especially with regard to condominiums. We see more people on impressions, more auctions and pre-purchase and shorter sales times. Often, trends begin in downtown Stockholm, then spread to other parts of the country.
