So much space gives Skaraborg a million

It is Svenska Fastighetsförmedling who, using the figures of Broker statistics, has studied how many square meters of housing or villa you receive for a million crowns in the different municipalities of Västra Götaland.

Statistics are based on rights transfers of tenants and villas made in July 2017-June 2018.

Separate a lot

As expected, it differs greatly between Gothenburg at one end and the smaller municipalities of County in the other.

If we start with condominiums, you will get a million crowns just 21 (!) Square meters of living space in Gothenburg, while you receive 174 square meters in Falköping and no less than 268 square meters in Tidaholm, who is the first (or last, depending on how you choose to see it) [19659002] If we go to villas, Gothenburg is one in one end of the list of 23 square meters, while the best value for money is in Töreboda, more precisely 133 square meters

Inverse conditions

If we compare also Falköping and Tidaholm, we will make an interesting observation. In Tidaholm, you get 82 square meters of villa while you get 84 in Falköping.The average price per square meter is in Tidaholm 12.201, while in Falköping is 11,849 SEK.

Housing permits are therefore the cheapest in all of Tidaholm County, but when
